Grandparents Guide to Financial Planning

Grandparents can have a major impact on their grandchildren and, with the proper tools and guidance, can help build a solid financial foundation. And it's not all about monetary gifts. In this workshop, you will learn to impart key financial lessons to your grandchildren in a way that inspires them and makes a lasting impression. College costs are skyrocketing and you will learn creative ways for grandparents to use the popular 529 College Savings plans. When it comes to legacy planning, grandchildren often get short changed. We expect the children's inheritance to filter down to the grandchildren but divorce, death, lawsuits, and poor financial decisions mean the grandchildren often end up with very little or nothing. This program highlights the best ways to avoid these pitfalls and protect the grandchildren.
